Lancaster Pride is excited to co-host a special Pride Collection screening at Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse featuring Paris Is Burning with a pre-film screening of Amish Country Queer.
Before the iconic documentary Paris Is Burning, audiences will experience Amish Country Queer, an award-winning short documentary about Lancaster’s queer nightlife and drag culture, captured through the lens of trans non-binary artist Brady Pappas.
This pairing brings together local queer storytelling and a landmark film that continues to shape conversations about drag, ballroom culture, chosen family, resilience, and LGBTQIA+ history.
