Get Involved with Lancaster Pride!

At Lancaster Pride, we believe Pride is more than a festival — it’s a movement rooted in community, advocacy, resources, education, and safe spaces. Our mission is to celebrate the strides the LGBTQIA+ community has made in Lancaster County, while continuing to advocate for equality, visibility, and acceptance. We strive to be a beacon of belonging and a resource for our community all year long.

By getting involved, you become part of this mission. You help create moments of celebration, foster safe spaces where everyone can truly belong, and uplift our community through leadership, acceptance, and inclusivity.

There are many ways you can make an impact with us:

  • Volunteer at events: Help bring our programs and festival to life — whether you’re welcoming guests, assisting with setup, or supporting activities, every helping hand makes a difference.

  • Join our volunteer mailing list: Be the first to hear about volunteer opportunities and ways to support Lancaster Pride throughout the year.

  • Share your skills and talents: We welcome performers, artists, educators, and community leaders who want to inspire and connect through workshops, art, or entertainment.

  • Partner or sponsor: Businesses and organizations can support our mission and show their commitment to inclusivity and community. Learn more about sponsorship.

When you get involved with Lancaster Pride, you help us lead with compassion, embrace inclusivity, and celebrate every moment that makes our community stronger. Together, we can build a more connected, informed, and empowered Lancaster County for everyone.
