Lancaster Pride Festival Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2026 Lancaster Pride Festival, which is on June 20th at Penn Medicine Park! We are now accepting applications for vendor spaces and determining eligibility based on how your organization serves the LGBTQIA+ community.

Priority will be given to:

1. Queer-owned businesses

2. Businesses that actively serve the queer community
   

To ensure a diverse and engaging festival experience, we will limit the number of similar vendors and avoid duplication where possible.

All vendors will be located outdoors at Penn Medicine Park.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and decisions will be made within two weeks of a completed application being submitted. If approved, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your space will be forfeited.

Please note:

• Wifi and electricity are not available, and vendors should plan accordingly and be prepared to operate without access to either.

• Booths do not include tables or chairs. If these are needed, vendors should plan on bringing them to the festival.

• Tents are permitted, but may not be required as some spaces are shaded. Vendors will receive an email with more details about their space once they submit their application.
